  • PK Vending responds to all calls within 24 hours of receiving the fault report. A 100% success rate is currently being achieved.
  • Standard working hours for PK Vending engineers are Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1700hrs.
  • In the event of a major machine fault (e.g. Total failure) an engineer will attend site as a matter of priority with all calls being logged via the PK Vending Help Desk.
  • PK Vending produces monthly reports of all faults and response times which are presented at regular client meetings.
  • Regular preventative maintenance of equipment is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s guideline, which in tern greatly reduces the number of faults reported.
  • All standard parts and labour are included in the contract.
